By partnering with Edviron's services, the School provides the necessary consent for the collection and processing of student and parent information. Edviron is not required to obtain specific consent from individual students or parents for the collection and processing of their data. The School’s decision to engage with Edviron's services is considered as implied consent for the collection and processing of student and parent information. Edviron disclaims any and all liability in this regard. If any user does not wish to have their data shared with Edviron, they should contact both Edviron and the School, as the data is shared by the School. It is important to communicate your preferences regarding data sharing directly with both Edviron and the School to ensure your concerns are addressed appropriately.
Edviron partners with Schools to provide technical support for fee collection. We collect student information, fee structures, and related data to set up and maintain the School dashboard. This data enables us to facilitate the fee collection process, send payment links to parents, generate fee reminders, and provide comprehensive reports to Schools.
We may use, store, and process the information provided by you to improve the services offered by Edviron, create and maintain a trusted and safe environment on Edviron's platform, and provide, personalize, measure, and enhance our products and services in accordance with applicable laws and our policies.
